A curious production as we have not encountered this bookseller?s imprint previously, nor have we seen editions of this work with imprints other than Macmillan or A. & C. Black. However, Voila notes 3 locations of this edition with the Mallagh imprint, with the sheets 'printed by Billings and Sons, Guilford'. Curiously, Voila also notes 4 locations of another issue with the imprint of a Winnipeg Bookshop, 'Russell Lang', also dated 1909.
