Edges darkened, spine faded with crease down the centre, o/w very good in a very good dustwrapper with darkening along spine, a 1.5? tear in rear panel, and light chipping to extremities.
Victor Steibel (1907?1976) was a South African-born British couturier and founding member of the Incorporated Society of London Fashion Designers. It seems that Stiebel occasionally designed costumes for Coward productions.
