A lithographed calendar measuring 7" X 9 3/4." The calendar consists of 4 lithographed portraits of Champlain, Frontenac, Wolfe and Monck, and 12 lithographed pages (1 for each month), the month of December comprises the last leaf and the first leaf is a lithographed cover reading "The Cabot Calendar....." The calendar is fastened together with the original cord which passes through two holes at the top of each page. The pages are printed on the rectos only. There is a small stain on the front cover approx. 1/2" X 3" and a corresponding stain on the outside of the last leaf but there are no stains within. The calendar is housed in the original printed slipcase/envelope which is stiff paper with printed and decoration on the front. The calendar is near fine and the envelope is very good. We have been unable to locate a copy of the calendar with the envelope present, though a few Canadian institutions do hold copies of the calendar itself.
